Leading ourselves and other people is hard in today's world. It's easy to question ourselves and wonder if we truly have what it takes.
I want to coach you, so you can coach others effectively. I want to give you the tools and confidence to be the leader that God created you to be.
If you're ready to step up your leadership then I can help. First, we have a quick, 30-minute call where I find out what your biggest pain points in leadership are right now. Second, I assess where you are and come up with a 90 day, 120 day and 180 day plan of action to help you solve those pain points. Then we begin meeting on a consistent basis (according to your schedule) to implement the plan of action to solve your leadership pain points.
Bad leadership can cause your employees and volunteers to leave or worse you can feel defeated in your own life.
My clients are thriving in their leadership roles now with a new set of tools to use with their teams each day. And all because, they decided to be coached so they can coach others better.

ABOUT ME
My leadership journey started as a high school teacher and basketball coach then moved onto coaching Division 1 college basketball at McNeese St. University and University of Louisiana. Then I began to feel God calling me into full time ministry where I have served in many roles in the local church, including Creative Director at Our Savior’s Church, a multi-site church in Lafayette, LA and Times Square Church located in the heart of New York City. I currently serve as the Communications Director at Saddleback Church in southern California. For fun I love to read, cook Cajun food, write, play tennis, hike and enjoy americanos at local coffee shops.
